Holiday FAQ
As we prepare for the holidays some of our policies have changed, here are some answers to the questions you may have. And of course, please reach out for any other questions
Holiday processing & shipping times:
Please understand this is a busy time for us, we are working hard to fulfill all orders in hopes of arriving before Christmas! Orders may take up to a week to ship, but rest assured, any orders placed before November 30th will be shipped before or by December 5th at the latest.
Where does the Holiday Sale apply?:
15% off sale only applies to our permanent collections. This excludes out Holiday collection due to limited quantities.
Free Shipping applies to all items.
Can I set a later delivery date?:
If you would like to order early to secure your items, but need the package delivered at a later date or occasion, we would be happy to do so. You can leave a message in order notes or email us with an order number, along with the date range (ex. Dec 20-25th) that you would like your package to be delivered by. We will try our best to make these arrangements, if they can not be made we will contact you by email.
What does the jewelry packaging look like?:
As of now we do not offer gift packaging, our regular orders comes with one small branded jewelry pouch. The Luan Choker arrives in a small box.
If you place one order but need multiple pouches for gifts, you can leave an order note requesting a certain amount, we will try our best to accommodate. You can also request to switch to a box (or multiple boxes), but a small fee may be charged.
All orders arrive in (or with) a transparent envelope and a note with your name, everything is finished together with a ribbon.
